Before you start.

What counts as a visit?
Any scheduled, in-person appointment up to 2 hours. Emergencies use your emergency credits, not your monthly visits.
Do I buy the parts?
For anything meaningful (fixtures, smart devices, appliances) yes—you own what goes into your home. Small consumables (connectors, tape, GFCI outlets under $25) are on us.
Is there a contract length?
No. Month-to-month from the portal. Cancel or downgrade anytime.
What areas are covered?
Active metro service areas are listed during signup. If you're outside the zone we'll let you know before charging you.
