We move to a custom contract. Pricing stays per-unit and transparent; SLAs and scope are tuned to your portfolio.
Do you handle after-hours emergencies?
Yes. Property includes 24/7 emergency dispatch with SLA tracking included in monthly reporting.
Can we bring our own materials procurement?
Absolutely—most operators do. We can also source at cost with a 5% coordination fee if preferred.
